Description
A non slip strip and it's small size works miracles. This tiny strip attaches underneath any bra strap to stop slipping, sliding and falling straps. Designed to be comfortable, reusable, and easy to apply. 
Washing

Definitely get some lingerie wash! We sell a brand called Soak in the shop. We highly recommend it! When you are ready to wash your bras:

1) Fill your sink with warm water.

2) Put 1 tsp of the soap in the water.

3) Put your bras in the water. If you have extra deodorant build put a little bit of extra soap on that area and work it in with your hands or a toothbrush.

4) Let your bras soak for about 20 minutes.

5) No need to rinse! Softly ring them out.

6) Lay them on a towel or hang them to dry.

Shipping Policy

 

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

We ship through USPS.

If an item(s) in your order is out of stock you will be notified via email.

We keep items that are basics always available for purchase even if we don't have them in our inventory i.e. products we always order from manufacturer (excludes Clearance and Fashion items).  We will place an order for your out of stock item(s). It typically takes around 2-3 weeks for these orders to arrive to us then they will be shipped to you.  If you do not want to wait for you item you may ask for a refund or store credit instead.

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our store front 288 W 200 N Ste 3 Kaysville, UT 84037.  After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Address Mistakes

If you make a mistake on your address please email us ASAP. If we haven't shipped your order we can change it. If you enter the wrong address and the package is returned to us you will be responsible for the postage to send the package to the correct address.

Stolen or Damaged Packages

At Bra Fittings by Court, we strive to provide our customers with the best possible shopping experience, including secure and timely delivery of all products. However, we understand that sometimes packages may be lost or damaged during transit or stolen after they have been delivered. Please review the following policy for how we handle stolen or damaged packages.

Damaged Package 

Notify Us: If your package is damaged, please contact our customer service team at customerservice@brafittingsbycourt.com within 2 days of the delivery date. We will review your claim and assist with the next steps.

Our Liability and Resolution Process

-Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for stolen packages once they have been delivered to the correct address. This includes packages left in unsecured areas or those stolen from porches, front yards, or other outdoor locations. We strongly recommend using a secure delivery address if you often have packages stolen. (i.e PO Box)

-Claims Process: Once we receive your stolen package claim, we will work with you to determine the next steps. If the carrier confirms that the package was delivered but cannot resolve the issue, we may not be able to issue a refund, store credit, or replacement.

All orders are shipped with tracking information. We strongly recommend monitoring the tracking information to ensure you are available to receive the package upon delivery.

What to Do If Your Package Is Stolen or Missing

If your package is missing or you believe it has been stolen, please take the following steps:

1. Check Tracking Information: Ensure that the package was delivered according to the tracking information. Sometimes packages are marked as delivered, but the carrier may have left it in a secure location (e.g., porch, back door, or mailbox).

2. Contact Your Carrier: If the tracking information shows the package was delivered, but you have not received it, contact the carrier (USPS) directly. They may be able to provide additional details or assist in locating the package.

3. Verify Delivery Address: Double-check that the shipping address you provided during checkout is accurate. Incorrect address information can sometimes lead to delivery issues.

4. Check with your neighbors: Check to see if your neighbors received your package or if they pick it up for safe keeping until you arrived home.

5.Report the Theft: If you believe your package was stolen, you should report the incident to local authorities and file a police report. This can be helpful for your insurance claim or for the carrier’s investigation.

6. Notify Us: If your package is confirmed as stolen, please contact our customer service team at customerservice@brafittingsbycourt.com within 2 days of the delivery date. We will review your claim and assist with the next steps.

One set fell apart

I ordered two packages and installed two sets (one package) in my bras. One set has already fallen apart. Weird because my previous order lasted a very long time. These are pretty expensive but have made a huge difference in my bra wearing experience. I wish they came in a smaller version, not as long. They bunch up and are uncomfortable if not installed exactly perfect.

Strap Doctor = game changer

The Strap Doctor. Weird name but SO helpful! My main/forever problem with bras is that the straps always slide off. I used to buy bras that had straps that would adapt to cross cross or use extra hooks that would make me twist like a pretzel to put in place. But that usually meant my straps were too high on my neck. I’ve only been using these for a short time, but they’ve been wildly helpful with keeping my bra straps from slipping. Everything now stays in place! Yay!

I have always had problems with my straps falling down since I first started wearing bras. I'm constantly pulling them back up or back into place--tightening the straps only made them dig in and pull the band up higher than it should have.
I tried the other cushioned silicone straps that Busom Besties sells but they were too bulky for what I wanted them for. Then I saw these and decided to give them a try. I LOVE THEM! I love the fact that they velcro onto the bra itself and has silicone against the skin. There was no shifting or slipping either away from the bra or away from myself. I also love the fact that they will hide under even thin straps.
They stayed put ALL day and I am constantly moving and being pushed and pulled by my 5 kids :) so if you need something to keep your straps in place these are your new best friend.
