We have a 14 day return / exchange policy from the day you receive your bra(s). (Exchanges may only be done in-person with an appointment.)

  • All bras must have all paper tags (don't have to be attached), all internal tags and charms or bows (etc.) must be attached
  • Items need to be new and clean condition
  • We do not do returns or exchanges on clearance items.
  • Online purchase of panties, swimsuits and lingerie must have original hygienic liner attached to to be eligible for return.  

If this criteria isn't met we cannot process your return / exchange.

  • Exchange in-person:

    • If you want to exchange in-person and you're a returning client please book a Return / Exchange appointment
    • At your appointment we will be able to process your return/exchange
    • It takes 2-7 business days for funds to show on your credit card statement
  • Return in-person:
    • If you want to return in-person you must first email  brafittingscustomerservice@gmail.com to make sure you are eligible for a return 
    • Our receptionist can process your return (Check our Hours here)
    • If you want to try anything on you will need an appointment  Return / Exchange appointment
    • It takes 2-7 business days for funds to show on your credit card statement
    • Returns by shipping: 
      • Please email brafittingscustomerservice@gmail.com
      • We'll email you your return label
      • You are responsible for obtaining the necessary packaging (polymailers etc.) from an office supply store or the post office
      • Tape return label on package.
        • A $6.00 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund when you use a ploymailer
        • A $8.00 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund if you use a box
      • Drop package at your local Post Office
      • Once returns are received and processed, you'll receive an email notifying you of your return. 
      • It takes 2-7 business days for funds to show on your credit card statement.
