Returns
We have a 14 day return / exchange policy from the day you receive your bra(s).
All bras must have all paper tags (don't have to be attached), all internal tags and charms or bows (etc.) must be attached and be in new and clean condition to receive a refund. We do not do returns or exchanges on clearance items. If this criteria isn't met, the bra cannot be return or exchanged.
If you need to return/exchange your bra you can do so in-person or by shipping:

Returns in-person:
- If you want to return or exchange in-person and you're a returning client please book a Return / Exchange appointment
- At your appointment we will be able to process your return/exchange
- It takes 2-7 business days for funds to show on your credit card statement
- Returns may also be dropped off on the porch
- Please put your bra(s) inside a bag and write your Name and 'return' on the bag
- Email brafittingscustomerservice@gmail.com that you are dropping your bra off for a return
- It takes 2-7 business days for funds to show on your credit card statement
- Returns by shipping:

- We'll email you your return label.
- A $5.00 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund if you use a ploymailer
- A $8.00 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund if you use a box
- Place bra(s) in pink polymailer bag you received from us, tape return label on package.
- Drop package at your local Post Office
- Once returns are received and processed, you'll receive an email notifying you of your return.
- It takes 2-7 business days for funds to show on your credit card statement.
