Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy
  • We have a 14 day return / exchange policy from the day you receive your bra(s). (In-Store and Online Purchases)

  • Items need to be new and clean condition

  • All bras must have all paper tags (don't have to be attached), all internal tags and charms or bows (etc.) must be attached
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges on clearance items, thongs, panties, lingerie, or self-adhesive inserts or tape

  • Purchase of swimsuits bottoms must have original hygienic liner attached to to be eligible for return.

  • If this criteria isn't met we cannot process your return / exchange or item may be subject to a 30% restocking fee
Returns / Exchange by Shipping

Returns / Exchange by shipping: 

  • To start a return or exchange, visit our return portal here.
  • You will be responsible for paying postage 
  • Drop package at your local Post Office
  • Once returns are received and processed, you'll receive an email notifying you of your return. 
  • It takes 2-7 business days for funds to show on your credit card statement.

Returns / Exchange In-Person

Exchange in-person:

  • If you want to exchange in-person and you're a returning client please book an Exchange appointment they are free!
  • At your appointment we will be able to process your exchange
  • It takes 2-7 business days for funds to show on your credit card statement

Return in-person:

  • You don't need an appointment, you can walk in during business hours. Our receptionist can process your return (Check our Hours here)

  • It takes 2-7 business days for funds to show on your credit card statement

Bra Care & Washing

How do I wash my bras?

Definitely get some lingerie wash! We sell a brand called Soak in the shop. We highly recommend it! When you are ready to wash your bras:

1) Fill your sink with warm water.

2) Put 1 tsp of the soap in the water.

3) Put your bras in the water.

Tip: If you have extra deodorant build up or stains you you a stain removers in those areas and work it in with your hands or a soft toothbrush. Our fav stain remover is Fels Naptha.

4) Let your bras soak for about 20 minutes.

5) No need to rinse with Soak!

6) Lay them on a towel or hang them to dry.

How often should you wash your bras?

We recommend you wash your bras every 1-2 weeks. You can wash your sports bras as needed. We recommend smelling them and if they smell like body odor or have discoloration or deodorant on them, it's time wash your bra!

How many bras should I own?

Ideally 2-4 everyday bras and 1-2 sports bras depending on how active you are. Rotate the bras everyday.

How often should I get new bras?

If you have:

1 bra every 5 months

2 bras every 6-9 months

3 or more bras every year

Bras don't last forever so it really best to never let your bra go longer than a year. They will get too dirty, loose their shape, and not provide support. When you start to notice your bras are feeling uncomfortable, not supportive, and not fitting, it's time to get refitted and get some new bras.   

What to expect from a Properly Fitting Bra

I'm worried by new bra feels too tight.

The most important thing is comfort.  But sometimes wearing the correct bra size, it's going to feel snug at first, this is completely normal.  You want the bra to fit low and snug on the loosest set of hooks. As the bra stretches out, you'll be able to tighten it as the bra band stretches out and wear the supportive for a longer period of time. 

The first couple days with a new bra can be slightly uncomfortable, but we recommend to wear your bra for at least a couple days.  Most times you're not used to how it should fit, you body will acclimate and get used but also stretch as you wear it longer.  But remember that you want your bra to be snug on the loosest set of hooks because your support comes from your band.

I have red marks on my skin from my bra.

It is normal to get red marks from your bra, especially a brand new one! It like when you take your socks or jeans off at night and you have marks on your skin. Your skin has to get used to the new size and style because it most likely sits different on your body.

My new bra is uncomfortable.

Getting use to wearing a correct fitting bra can take some time. Typically people are used to wearing an ill fitting bra that a properly fitting bra feels werid or uncomfortable the first few days.

If your new bra just feels different from what you're use to wearing keep wearing it for a few days. As your body gets used to the new size it will start to feel more comfortable. You adjust to the band being lower and snugger, the gore, and more coverage.

If your bra continues to just be too uncomfortable come back to the shop to try new styles or sizes.

What to Expect

If we were out of stock of an item you wanted we will place an order for this item(s). We place weekly orders on Tuesdays. It can take 2-3 weeks from when the item was ordered to arrived to the shop. You can choose to have the item shipped to you or pick it up at the shop.

We ship through USPS.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our store front 288 W 200 N Ste 3 Kaysville, UT 84037.  We will send you an email when your order is ready.

Wrong Address

Address Mistakes

If you make a mistake on your address please email us ASAP. If we haven't shipped your order we can change it. If you enter the wrong address and the package is returned to us you will be responsible for the postage to send the package to the correct address. 

Stolen Package

 Stolen or Damaged Packages

At Bra Fittings by Court, we strive to provide our customers with the best possible shopping experience, including secure and timely delivery of all products. However, we understand that sometimes packages may be lost or damaged during transit or stolen after they have been delivered. Please review the following policy for how we handle stolen or damaged packages.

Damaged Package 

Notify Us: If your package is damaged, please contact our customer service team at customerservice@brafittingsbycourt.com within 2 days of the delivery date. We will review your claim and assist with the next steps.

Our Liability and Resolution Process

-Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for stolen packages once they have been delivered to the correct address. This includes packages left in unsecured areas or those stolen from porches, front yards, or other outdoor locations. We strongly recommend using a secure delivery address if you often have packages stolen. (i.e PO Box)

-Claims Process: Once we receive your stolen package claim, we will work with you to determine the next steps. If the carrier confirms that the package was delivered but cannot resolve the issue, we may not be able to issue a refund, store credit, or replacement.



Delivery Confirmation 
All orders are shipped with tracking information. We strongly recommend monitoring the tracking information to ensure you are available to receive the package upon delivery.

What to Do If Your Package Is Stolen or Missing

If your package is missing or you believe it has been stolen, please take the following steps:

1. Check Tracking Information: Ensure that the package was delivered according to the tracking information. Sometimes packages are marked as delivered, but the carrier may have left it in a secure location (e.g., porch, back door, or mailbox).

2. Contact Your Carrier: If the tracking information shows the package was delivered, but you have not received it, contact the carrier (USPS) directly. They may be able to provide additional details or assist in locating the package.

3. Verify Delivery Address: Double-check that the shipping address you provided during checkout is accurate. Incorrect address information can sometimes lead to delivery issues.

4. Check with your neighbors: Check to see if your neighbors received your package or if they pick it up for safe keeping until you arrived home.

5.Report the Theft: If you believe your package was stolen, you should report the incident to local authorities and file a police report. This can be helpful for your insurance claim or for the carrier’s investigation.

6. Notify Us: If your package is confirmed as stolen, please contact our customer service team at customerservice@brafittingsbycourt.com within 2 days of the delivery date. We will review your claim and assist with the next steps.

What are Bra Bucks?

Bra Bucks are our rewards program! As you spend you earn dollars off towards future purchases.

How do I sign up?

Online you will use the Pink Crown Icon located in the bottom right corner of our website.

In-Person we will start your account for you when you make a purchase.

You'll want to make sure that you use the same email online and in-store so that your account stays connect.

How do I use my Bra Bucks?

Online:

-Sign into your account to see how many you have and select how many you want to use.

-This will generate a code that you will copy and then paste at checkout

In-store:

-Your fitter will look up your account and let you know how many points you have available

-We can then apply the discount at checkout

How do Referrals work?

Online: Send your code to your friends. They will get a $5 off coupon to use at checkout. Once they complete their first purchase you will get a $5 off coupon sent to your email.

In-Store: Send your code to your friends before their appointment. Fitters will apply the $5 discount at checkout. Your friend will need to provide your name and email so we can send you your $5 off coupon. Unfortunately the system is not set up well for in-person referrals so it may take a week for you to see your rewards. If you don't receive your rewards please reach out to us at customerservice@brafittingsbycourt.com
